Daughter of the late Russell and Mildred Ford. Pre-deceased by sister Peggy Garrett and common law sister-in-law, Adelaide Flanagan. DePalma, her loving brothers, Alan (Sandy), Robert and Eugene, her sister Joan Hatfield (Jerry), many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews and even a few great-grand nieces.
She is remembered as a dedicated career educator who motivated scores of enthusiastic students, a talented mixed-media artist, Non-Profit Organization official, Dragon Boat rower and Reiki Master. Carol loved to travel, and she spent many hours in research and
planning for her world-wide adventures. Her caring and empathetic demeanor will be missed by all that have known and loved her.
A golden heart stopped beating,
Loving hands put to rest,
Our hearts our broken to prove,
That He only takes the best.
A private Celebration of Carol’s Life will be held at a later date.
